No one, of course, can guarantee anyone that they will get the job they want, and our service is not a guarantee of employment. In terms of success rates, we wish we could claim 100% success, but we can't... as some clients end up going in different directions. Every individual situation is different.

  There are several conditions, where even with our help, people may not move as they had hoped. These include (1) when they are highly specialized; (2) when they have very limited interviewing skills; (3) when they suffer from severe liabilities that cannot be overcome; (4) when they don't follow our recommendations or use our full resources; (5) where biases in the market work to their disadvantage; and (6) where geography needs are too narrow.

  For example, everyone knows age can be a problem. However, we have achieved successes for many who might have given up on themselves. Last year, our clients who found attractive new situations ranged from their 20s to 73.

  These occasional situations aside, virtually everyone we work for--even the highest income executives, where the market is very tight... is able to generate interviews and offers. But, 3-5% stay where they are... as their situation improves, or they leverage the success of their search for a promotion. Another 3-5% don't accept any offers... but opt for equity opportunities where they invest in or buy part of a firm... or choose to discontinue their search for a variety of other reasons, changes in their personal lives etc.

  We understand that the bottom line on success is the quality of each situation that people get. And, there is no way to predict this in advance. However, we are perfectionists and our system is proven. When people use our assistance, they expect to have a major competitive advantage--and that's what we give them! The rest is up to their motivation and level of commitment.
